DP Series Mechanical Foam Breaker
A mechanical defoaming machine that destroys foam by centrifugal force — for closed tanks, open tanks, round or square, in fermentation, wastewater, food & beverage and chemical service.
Two models, one principle
DP-FClosed-tank model
Flange-mounted on closed tanks and bioreactors; foam is drawn through the breaking chamber.
DP-KOpen-tank / basin model
For open tanks, pools and basins where foam forms at the liquid surface.
Foam is drawn into the breaking chamber, where centrifugal force destroys the bubbles mechanically. Liquid and gas separate inside the chamber; the recovered liquid returns to the vessel. No anti-foam chemicals, no chemical residue, no burden on downstream separation.
